Baked Tomatoes

I love tomatoes.  My husband does not and whenever we go somewhere to eat and his salad or dish comes with tomatoes, he puts them on my plate for me!
These are a fun, really simple side dish that allows for your own individual preferences to come through (more seasoning, less cheese, etc.).  The tomatoes could also add a little flair to sandwiches or burgers.

2 large tomatoes, sliced (about 1/4"-1/2" thick)
Italian blend shredded cheese (or just Parmesan)
Italian seasoning (or a 1:1 ratio of dried basil and dried oregano)
olive oil

Preheat the oven to 400.
Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place the tomato slices on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with the desired amount of cheese and seasoning on each tomato slice (this really is up to you!).
Drizzle each tomato lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese starts to turn golden.
Serve warm.
