Chicken Tortilla Soup

This is unbelievably simple and so "yum"!

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans (about 30 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 C salsa
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small, bite-sized pieces

avocado
tomaotes
cheddar cheese
tortilla chips or fresh tortillas

Combine the first four ingredients in a crock pot.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 3 hours on low heat.
Cut up avocado and tomatoes.
Serve with tortillas and adding cheese, avocado, and tomatoes to taste!

See...so easy...and so tasty!
