- Christmas Eve dinner means homemade pizza. As our kids get older, they will each get to make their own, but for now we just enjoy a simple homemade pizza with our favorite fixings!
- Breakfast on Christmas morning has always been aebleskivers. They are a round pancake type dish cooked in a specific cast iron pan from Denmark. It is a tradition passed down from the Danish side of my extended family. Pair it with some great homemade syrup and you can't go wrong!
- I always deliver goody plates to neighbors and family members. It is a fun way to say Happy Holidays!
