This dough makes perfect pizza crust and amazing bread sticks! It is especially good if you have a pizza stone. The bottom is crispy and the inside is so soft!
425, 10-15 minutes
1 package yeast
1 C warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 TB vegetable oil
2 1/2 C flour
Dissolve the yeast in the water. Mix in remaining ingredients. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 5 minutes. Mold into desired shape/flatten onto pizza stone and cover with pizza toppings. If used for breadsticks, try brushing butter on top and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste!
