Homemade Granola

This recipe comes from my aunt. I have already had quite a few requests for the is addicting, but good for you!

350, 25-30 minutes

4 C rolled oats
2 C nuts (sliced almonds are great!)
1 C shredded cococut
1/2 C wheat germ
1 tsp salt
1/2 C canola oil
1 can sweetened condensed milk
dried fruit (optional)

Mix dry ingredients.
Coat evenly with canola oil and then milk.
Bake on greased cooke sheet for 15 minutes.
Turn and bake for 7 minutes.
(vary the baking time depending on the desired chewiness or chrunchiness of the granola)
