Pumpkin Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting

This month has been all about the pumpkin!  Pumpkin just screams "fall" to me.  This amazing recipe came from my sister-in-law.  Pumpkin heaven!


Brownies:
4 eggs
1 1/2 C vegetable oil
2 C sugar
14.5 oz canned pumpkin
2 1/2 C flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 350.
Cream together eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, and pumpkin.
Combine well with dry ingredients.
Put in ungreased texas sheet cake pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting:
3 1/2 C powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C butter

Blend ingredients until smooth using a hand mixer.

Frost the brownies after they cool!
