Pecan-Crusted Salmon

This is one of me and my husbands favorite dishes.  I don't like fish that is too fishy, and this one definitely is not fishy.  it is so easy and tasty!

3-4 salmon fillets
2 C milk
1 C finely chopped pecans
1/2 C flour
1/4 C packed brown sugar
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 tsp black pepper
3 TBSP olive oil

Preheat the oven to 400.
Put the salmon (already skinned) in a container with the milk.  Make sure the salmon is covered completely with milk.  Let it soak for 10 minutes.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Coat the fillets with the dry mixture.
Put oil in a skillet.
Brown the fillets in the oil.
Place all browned fillets in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven) until salmon is cooked through.
Serve with rice, a veggie (our favorite is an artichoke), etc.
Enjoy!
