I mentioned earlier that we were attempting to try a lot of the new fruits and vegetables that rotate through our grocery store. One we have been eying for a long time is dragon fruit. It has a beautiful pink exterior and a stunning white fleshy inside with contrasting, edible black seeds.
Honestly, this was kind of disappointing. The dragon fruit has a great texture (you eat the insides) but really had no flavor. It had a very mild sweet taste but it was so mild it wasn't very good.
