Lemon Garlic Chicken

This chicken is so moist and tender and a cinch to make.  The house smells absolutely delicious when this has been simmering in the crockpot for a few hours!

1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2/3 C chicken broth
4 TBSP lemon juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 large russet potatoes, cubed (optional)

Mix the broth, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
Add the chicken and potatoes.
Let the dish cook on high for 4 hours or low for about 6 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
I will turn the chicken and baste it with surrounding sauce once in the middle of the cook time.  This is completely optional though.
Serve with rice and a vegetable!
