Tex Mex Chicken

Wow.  I love this dish.  I got this from my aunt after we had it at her house.  We had it with the chips and guacamole from below and added a side of refried beans...so good!

When I used tortillas, I used the cook yourself kind...after eating these, I can't go back to precooked tortillas!

1 lb (2-3) chicken breasts cut into strips or bite-sized chunks...your choice
2 TBSP (1/2 package) taco seasoning
2 TBSP flour
1 red and 1 green pepper cut into 1" strips
1 C frozen corn
1 1/2 C salsa
1 C Mexican shredded cheese (cheddar would work just fine, too)

Toss chicken with seasoning and flour in a crockpot.
Stir in veggies and salsa.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Stir and top with cheese when finished.
Serve with tortillas and other fixings.
Enjoy!
