Shrimp and Artichokes

Being the health and fitness nerd I am, I found this recipe while reading health.com and decided it looked too good to pass up!
1 TBSP olive oil
1 lb shrimp
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 C diced tomatos
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, quartered, drained
2 TBSP chopped parsley
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 TBSP red pepper flakes (this adds a lot of kick...use a smaller measurement if spicy is not your thing!)

Heat oil in skillet.
Add shrimp, red pepper flakes, and garlic.
Saute for 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, cook for 3 minutes until shrimp is done and all ingredients are heated through.
