Sauce:
1 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 medium ripe avocado, peeled
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/4 C sour cream
4 green onions, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a blender.
Process until a smooth sauce forms.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
