Rolo Cookies

Melted caramel in a delicious chocolate cookie dipped in a huge glass of milk - that is a piece of heaven right there.
I have also made these cookies with mini Twix, Milky Ways, Three Musketeers, and any other mini candy bar I have had on hand.  They have all turned out tasty - plus when you do all different kinds it is entertaining to try to figure out which cookie contains which candy bar!

1 C butter, softened
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 C cocoa powder
2 1/3 C flour
48 Rolo candies, unwrapped

Preheat the oven to 375.
Cream together the butter and sugars.
Mix in the vanilla and eggs.
Add the baking soda, cocoa powder, and flour and mix until a good dough is formed.
Roll a Rolo candy in a 1" ball of dough.
Dip the top half of the ball into sugar.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-8 minutes.
