Cheesy Tomato, Sausage, and Mushroom Sauce

This is one of those recipes that came from a night of not knowing what was going to be for dinner turned into something really yummy!  Enjoy!

2 C spaghetti tomato sauce (I use a four cheese variety)
2 oz. cream cheese
1 C thinly sliced mushrooms
1-2 minced cloves of garlic
1 C cooked sausage bits
1 tsp olive oil

Saute the mushrooms, garlic and sausage bits in the olive oil until the mushrooms are cooked down and about half their previous size.
On medium heat, melt the cream cheese into the tomato sauce in a saucepan.
Add the mushroom mixture to the sauce and cheese mixture.
Stir until well blended and heated through.
Serve over cooked pasta!
