Sweet Pork Burritos

This recipe comes from a book I got from my aunt. It is pretty similar tasting to Cafe Rio.

2 1/2 lbs. pork
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
8-10 tortillas
2 cans mild green chile sauce
1/2-1 C brown sugar
1 can pinto beans or black beans (well drained)
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1-2 C grated Monterey Jack cheese
Cut pork into cubes and put in a crock pot with 1/3 C of water. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Remove from crock pot, drain, and shred meat.
Add 1/2-1 C of green chile sauce and brown sugar to shredded pork-mix together.
Heat oven to 350 and coat 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
Pour 1/2 C green chile sauce into pan.
Put meat, beans, and cilantro into tortilla. Roll into burrito and put it in the pan. Repeat for 8-10 burritos.
Pour 1 1/2-2 C green chile sauce over burritos and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with desired toppings (tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, etc.)
