Baked Pumpkin Seeds

We put the insides of the pumpkins we carved to good use! 

Separate the seeds from the rest of the goopy pumpkin insides.
Mix 2 C pumpkin seeds with 3 TBSP butter.
Salt  to taste.
Spread seeds out flat on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
