This is probably the simplest recipe here. It is one of my childhood favorite snacks, though. I love leaving the sandwiches to sit overnight so the graham crackers get a little soft and the frosting sets. My favorite way to eat them is with a large mug of milk! It is a great way to use up any leftover frosting from previous projects without attacking the bowl of frosting with a spoon (not that I have ever done that before!)...
Frost one graham cracker (use as much frosting as you would like).
Top with another graham cracker!
Devour or let sit overnight to set and soften.
