Chocolate Covered Pretzel Sticks

Sweet and salty...such a fabulous combination.  These pretzel sticks are a really simple yet elegant looking dessert!

Semi-sweet chocolate chips
White chocolate chips
(the amount of chocolate chips depends on how many sticks you do and how thick you coat the chocolate)
thick pretzel sticks
sprinkles (optional)

Place a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Place another piece of parchment paper to the side.
Melt the chocolate in two separate bowls for 30 seconds at a time.  Stir the chocolate after each 30 seconds in the microwave.  Keep melting it until it is smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate on the parchment paper off the pan.
Roll 1/2 of the pretzel stick in either the semi-sweet or white chocolate.
Place the chocolate covered pretzel on the pan.
Take some creative liberty...add sprinkles, drizzles, layers...whatever looks good to you!
Place the pan in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
