These are amazing! My husband and I can't stop eating them. We put them in salads, mix them with granola, and just munch on them plain!
2-2 1/2 C whole or roughly chopped pecans
1/4 C sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 300.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Stir together pecans and egg white until pecans are coated.
Mix in sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until all pecans are evenly coated.
Spread evenly in a single layer on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
